How do I change Centre Course Manager (CCM)?
Contact your regional Customer Services Advisor on 01908 689180 or via email@example.com informing them with your Centre details and the new contact details of the staff member taking over.
Please include the following details so we can make this change:
- Centre name
- Qualification Centre number
- Name of new Centre Course Manager
- Date of birth
- Email address
The new Centre Course Manager (CCM) is responsible for the Terms and Conditions which their Qualification Centre has agreed to.
How do I change my account details?
Log into your LEAP (Leadership Electronic Application Portal) account and select my account. You will then be able to change any details.
I've forgotten my password, can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your email you can request a password reminder to be emailed to you from LEAP. If you would like to change your password you can do this under my account once you have logged in.
Can I change my course details after I've submitted my application?
You are unable to change your course start date and finish date, to change these please contact your Customer Service Advisor 01908 689 180 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all other changes to your course details log into your LEAP (Leadership Electronic Application Portal) account and click on the course you would like to amend.
How do I amend my learners details?
Log into your LEAP (Leadership Electronic Application Portal) account and select your course, you can then select registrations and amend any of your learners details.
How do I pay an invoice?
Payments can be made by Bacs. PayPal is accepted for payments under £500.
All invoices have the payment details stated at the bottom.
Please be aware that we require all payments to be made within 30 days of invoice date.
