The Skills Pathfinder Award is the first of the two awards that make up the Key Stage 4 Personal Skills Programme of learning. The award focuses on each student’s future goals and career aspirations.

Recommended for students aged 15+. The activities in this award are designed to support students to identify what they want to achieve in their potential career journey and plan the development of their own personal skills to accomplish it.

This award takes five hours to deliver and teachers will guide and support students to complete the activities within their skills passport.

If you are interested in running the Skills Pathfinder Award at your school, then you can purchase this award, as part of the KS4 Programme for £800 for the academic year.
